Pecos Pueblo, USA

Definition: The Pecos Pueblo site is a Native American adobe village site in the American southwest, visited by the Spanish conquistador in the 16th century. Excavated by archaeologist A.V. Kidder in the early 20th century, the town is now part of a National Monument.
